2. How We Use Data

• Provide and maintain the Service, including AI-assisted drafting, scheduling, and publishing.

• Improve the product, develop new features, evaluate quality, and troubleshoot issues.

4. Cookies & Analytics

5. AI Providers

Curate King may use third-party AI providers to generate or evaluate content based on prompts, workspace settings, and user-provided context. We aim to share only the information needed to provide the requested feature. Provider handling of prompts and outputs is governed by the applicable provider terms and policies. Sensitive data should not be sent unless necessary.

6. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to protect data, including access controls and logging. No system is 100% secure, so we encourage strong passwords and cautious link handling.

7. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account, and we will delete or anonymize data unless retention is required by law.

• Opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link (transactional emails will continue).
