Data Deletion

1. Delete Your CurateKing Account

You can request account deletion from within the product (Settings → Account) or by emailing privacy@curateking.com.

Please include the email address tied to your account and the workspace(s) you want deleted. We will confirm your request and initiate deletion.

2. Delete Connected Integration Data

If you connected third-party services (e.g., Facebook Pages, WordPress Sites), you can disconnect them directly from the Destinations page. This removes stored access tokens and connection metadata.

You may also email privacy@curateking.com to request removal.

3. Facebook Data Deletion

For Facebook Login users, you can request deletion by emailing privacy@curateking.com with the subject line “Facebook Data Deletion”. Include your Facebook account email and the CurateKing workspace name.

If you prefer, you can also disconnect Facebook from CurateKing and revoke access in your Facebook settings to remove tokens immediately.

4. Processing Time

We typically complete deletion requests within 30 days. Some records may be retained for legal, security, or compliance purposes as allowed by law.
